Our President, Eric Fong, brings a wealth of experience upon establishing Creation Hospitality. His experience is quite unique, as his combined experience includes bothoperational and consulting work. Mr. Fong understands the importance of keeping rooms in operating condition with minimal disruptions, when properties are undergoing renovations. Therefore, all products shipped to the job-site, are ready-made and cut-to-size at Creation Hospitality's factories. Most products are even readily available for overnight delivery, at various warehouses throughout California. With a quick renovation turnover, occupancy, rate, and service levels will not suffer.

Through Creation Hospitality's personnel staff of almost a dozen employees which include sales, administrative, installation, and logistic support services, projects can be streamlined efficiently by minizming the number of third-parties involved. Each project is handled internally with the most cost-effective approach.

Additionally, as Mr. Fong's consulting experience includes the review of construction timelines and renovation budgets, the speed and efficiency of having a hotel reopen or repositioned after the renovations conclude, is critical, especially when properties are limited to the amount of financing they receive.
